The first Las Vegas Milk Collection Center was established in 2015 after the only known facility accepting human milk donations in Las Vegas closed. To ensure our community did not lose this vital resource, I stepped in without hesitation to continue the program.

In 2020, I partnered with Rikki Jenkins, co-founder of the non-profit Heart and Sol Collective, to open a second collection center. This collaboration was particularly meaningful, as Heart and Sol Collective is dedicated to addressing birth and breastfeeding disparities in Clark County.

I am proud to announce that next year will mark my 10th year as the Director of Las Vegas’s Mother’s Milk Bank Collection Center. Serving my community in this role has been both an honor and a joy.
